We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within this period, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, attachments, and manuals must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or tested

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Orders returned without prior approval


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our support team will provide return instructions if approved

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PinkGlam™ is not responsible for lost return shipments


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
