  • International Orders : 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Promotional offers may include free shipping

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

Re-shipping costs may apply for returned packages caused by address errors.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@pinkglam.in.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification with the courier partner.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery Or contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged package and product

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


International Shipping 

International shipping times may vary due to customs inspections or regulations.
